The training I have received in order to get my Certified Residential Specialist designation enables me to anticipate your needs & to facilitate a smooth transaction as you make changes from one home to another. The CRS designation is the highest professional designation awarded to a real estate agent in the residential sales field. Less than 4% of all Realtors hold this designation. Because the real estate industry is becoming more sophisticated and challenging every day you need a professional that understands the industry ands is positioned to stay ahead of the game. I feel as a Realtor it is vital that I continue to educate myself to keep current with changes in the marketplace so that I may better serve my clients who place their trust in me.
